As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a skilled HubSpot Service Portal Specialist to join us temporarily to optimize and build out our service tools within the HubSpot platform.

Project Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced HubSpot professional to create and implement a comprehensive service portal for our customer service and pharmacy operations. This short-term role involves working closely with our team on-site in Clearwater, FL, to understand our workflows and build a tailored service solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shadow Operations: Spend time with our customer service and pharmacy teams to observe workflows, pain points, and service delivery needs.
  • HubSpot Service Portal Development: Build out key components within HubSpot Service, including:
    • Support Pipelines: Design and implement efficient ticket pipelines to handle customer inquiries, prescription management, and order fulfillment issues.
    • Helpdesk: Set up an intuitive helpdesk system for internal and external support needs.
    • Knowledge Base: Develop a searchable, easy-to-navigate knowledge base for customers and team members.
    • Automation: Incorporate workflows and automation to improve response times and service consistency.
    • Metrics & Reporting: Enable robust reporting and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service efficiency.
  • Testing & Training: Test the new setup for functionality and usability. Provide documentation and brief training to our team on how to use the newly built tools.

Qualifications:

  • HubSpot Expertise: Demonstrated experience building and customizing service tools within HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of Service Operations: Familiarity with support pipelines, helpdesks, ticketing systems, and knowledge bases.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong analytical and observational skills to identify operational needs and translate them into HubSpot functionality.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating automation, workflows, and reporting within HubSpot.
  • Communication: Clear and concise communicator, capable of documenting and training on newly implemented systems.

Project Details:

  • Timeline: The project must be completed within 14 days of the start date.
  • Location: This role requires in-person work at our pharmacy in Clearwater, FL, to shadow the team and gain a thorough understanding of our operations.
  • Compensation: Flat rate of $1,500 upon successful project completion.

  • Complete Build-Out: Deliver a fully functional and customized HubSpot Service Portal, including:
  • Support pipelines tailored to TelyRx’s needs.
  • A robust helpdesk system.
  • An intuitive and searchable knowledge base for internal and external use.
  • Automated workflows to streamline customer service processes.
  • Detailed reporting and analytics setup for service performance tracking.
  • Testing & Documentation: Test all components for functionality and usability. Provide clear documentation and brief training to ensure the team can effectively use the new tools.
  • Flat-Rate Scope: All requested changes, edits, and refinements within the agreed-upon 14-day timeframe are included in the $1,500 flat rate.
  • Deadline Commitment: Must complete the project within 14 calendar days from the start date.

Compensation details: 1000-1500 Yearly Salary
