Job Title: Personal Training Manager Schedule: Full-Time Type of Contract: Permanent We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Training Manager to lead and oversee a team of 10-15 personal trainers in a fast-paced fitness environment. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure the team maintains accurate and up-to-date lead pipelines. Implement and monitor KPIs and SOPs to enhance team performance and operational efficiency. Manage leads and sales pipelines, ensuring trainers consistently follow up with prospects and maintain updated records. Conduct 1-2 weeks of hands-on training for new hires, ensuring readiness before working on the floor. Positive attitude with a willingness to adapt and respect organizational structures. Current Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (required).
