Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Tacoma, Washington.

These will be 4 x 10 hour shifts/week, Shift start time between 0600-0800 (typically start at 0600 and may vary depending on department needs-variable start times will be scheduled versus last minute change), minimum call requirements are 1 night/week and 1 weekend/month (roughly every 4thweekend). Weekends consist of Friday-Saturday coverage. Call hours are 1630-0600 for weekdays and 0600-0600 for weekends. Fair and equitable call rotation between core staff and traveling staff.

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:Diagnostic/interventional, LHC/RHC, NSTEMI and STEMI, Impella, IABPs, Rotablator, CTOs/staged PCI, shockwave, temp pacers, peripheral (legs) diagnostic/intervention, loop recorders
Required Licensure Certifications:
Is State Licensure and/or National Certification required?
WA Rad -or- CISC License (Yes, I believe this is the requirements for our military personnel that are hired on. Otherwise our staff must have ARRT or RCIS)
BLS, ACLS
Skills required:
Experience with above cases, scrub and operate table simultaneously
Monitoring experience preferred
PACS: Picom
Hemodynamic: Merge experience preferred
C-arm: GE Alea experience not required
Technology/Equipment:
EMR: EPIC
IV Pump: Alaris
Med dispensing: Omnicell; Pyxis
Floating: If yes, where?
potential to float to our admit/recovery area to support as needed (this may be rare as we plan to keep in cath lab for procedural needs)
Orientation(facility and unit): NEO, 1-2 shifts
Scheduling:
Weekend rotation: Call only; minimum requirement is one weekend per month
On call? If so, what is that schedule? Minimum requirement is one night per week and one weekend per month
Holiday Expectations: Call only; based on department need
Clinical Interviewing Services participants only: RTO: As part of our program, we approve up to 7 days of RTO, if the traveler is willing to extend their contract to accommodate. Are you comfortable with this? NM to approve
Shift times: days; variable with variable start time between 0600-0800 for 10 hour shifts (start time typically 0600 and will schedule in advance start time if not 0600 based on department needs)
Schedule cycle: 6 week schedule posted in advance
Other notes:
Scrub Color: Provided, will provide lead as well. Scrubs have extended sizing, but extended sizing not available for lead
