Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • Current and unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts.
  • BLS and ACLS required. ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification may be preferred.
  • Prior experience in cardiology, infusion therapy, or critical care preferred.
  • Strong IV skills, critical thinking, and patient education abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer cardiac infusions and monitor patient responses.
  • Educate patients on treatments and symptom management.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists for coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and clinic policies.
  • Assist with authorizations, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Provide compassionate support for cardiac patients.
