Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current and unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts.
- BLS and ACLS required. ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification may be preferred.
- Prior experience in cardiology, infusion therapy, or critical care preferred.
- Strong IV skills, critical thinking, and patient education abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Administer cardiac infusions and monitor patient responses.
- Educate patients on treatments and symptom management.
- Collaborate with cardiologists for coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and clinic policies.
- Assist with authorizations, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Provide compassionate support for cardiac patients.
