Requirements:

  • Valid and active Registered Nurse State license
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree.
  • Proven experience in nursing leadership and management
  • BLS certification

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, oversee, and assess the performance of the nursing team while offering constructive feedback.
  • Participate in the creation, execution, and assessment of policies, protocols, and operational frameworks.
  • Coordinate staff schedules to ensure sufficient staffing levels and coverage.
  • Aid in evaluating patients’ care requirements, crafting care plans, and tracking their progress.
  • Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and mandates.
  • Contribute to budget formulation and oversee fiscal matters.
  • Create and put into action initiatives aimed at enhancing quality of care.
