Experience from similar size facility as well as Trauma II or higher
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, PsychTravel Experience: 1 assignment in GeneralLicenses: RN-NY(Copy needed)Certifications: BLS; CERT-Crisis Prevention Intervention; CERT-MAB- Management of Assaultive BehaviorReferences: 1 Reference in entire work historyCPI or MOAB accepted
EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable.
This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, trauma level) in the facility line to submit
