Registered Nurse Telemetry – Travel – (Tele RN)
StartDate: 4/21/2025 Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $2141.66 – $2360.20
MS Tele RN for M5/McClure 5: Neurosurgical & surgical unit, minimum of every other weekend. Requirements: Prior travel required Must have large, teaching facility experience A minimum of 2 years of unit experience is required AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS; NIHSS is required prior to start Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: IVS to OFFER Monday to Sunday Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday No block schedules for any reason This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet Disclaimers: Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April Original Posted Date: 11/25/2024
