Our client focuses on diverse sectors, including Federal Government, Local Municipal, Retail, Commercial, Healthcare, and Industrial projects. They are seeking an experienced Site Civil Senior Engineer to join and contribute to their Civil Team Leadership Group.You will leverage your strong technical skills to address site development civil challenges and assist in improving design processes, QA/QC checklists, and production drawing and modeling templates using Civil 3D. You will work on varied projects locally, regionally, and nationally, leading large multi-million-dollar, multi-discipline projects or overseeing numerous smaller projects while mentoring junior staff.Lead site development projects, providing innovative solutions to civil engineering challenges. – Contribute to the continuous improvement efforts of the civil team, focusing on design processes and quality assurance. – Serve as the Civil Discipline Lead on large projects or oversee multiple smaller projects, providing guidance to designers and technicians. – Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project execution. – Prepare proposals for projects, including estimating fees and understanding client needs.Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D software. – Familiarity with industry standards for civil and design illustration. – Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. – Experience in preparing project proposals and fee estimates.Knowledge of current design trends and local codes. – Understanding of Federal Facility Criteria Whole Building Design Guide. – Ability to accommodate overnight travel by car and air. – Opportunity to lead significant projects and contribute to professional growth within a dynamic team. – Exposure to a wide array of project types and sectors. –
